I started my career in 1985 as a Fire Adjuster in Memphis, TN. After learning the insurance business, I knew I had a passion to help people and be there for them when they needed me the most.

I am a Ripley, TN native and have lived over 20yrs in Lexington, TN. I am a UT Martin alum with a BS in Agribusiness. I am also a member of the Henderson County Chamber of Commerce here in Lexington, TN. Chris Fleming State Farm has achieved multiple awards such as: Legion of Honor, Bronze Tablet, and Silver Scroll awards over the last 20yrs.
